Feel So Good

Thank you, Lord God for making it sunny with light rainshowers yesterday. Julius and I exchanged koalas, had a great time together then went to SM Southmall. We purchased a green, medium-sized shirt for my bro's 20th birthday. Our lunch were seafood hot pot, kakiage tempura, katsudon with miso soup and 2 bottomless red iced teas. That were all available at Rai Rai Ken, UG, SM Southmall. Both of us would certainly dine there again. Good thing we were able to avoid the traffic going home. We went to ATC and sang a few songs at Timezone's videoke booth. He treated us both to NYFD giant fries with 3 dips: lemon herb, pesto and ranch. So absolutely yummy and we enjoyed it better with iced teas from The Tea Square ( ATC Promenade near Cinderella and British India).

When we got home, Tita Ronnie, Ate Nice, Kuya Bong, Tita Linda, Tito Mitchie and Ate Chin were here to greet me and Julius. Julius hitched a ride home with Tita Ronnie and company. Tita Linda, Tito Mitchie and Ate Chin had dinner with us at home last night. On Thursday, my bf Julius and I will meet up at APC for the Open House and Commerce Week festivities. I'd be inquiring if my Marketing & Advertising subjects will be credited if I shift to BS Tourism Management.

Mean Girls and Gossip Folks

Tonight, I found out that someone started a rumor about me being 7 mos. pregnant. How can that be when I've had my period every month? Fenel texted me this info at excatly midnight of Sept. 21. Somehow, being the subject of many a gossip folk's rumor no longer bothers me. It's the most common sin of mankind: LYING and GOSSIP.

If you were to believe all the rumors ever spread about me, I'd have live a over a hundred lifetimes for I am nowhere close to the woman they assume me to be.Insecurity + jealousy + envy = the ingredients of a meanie and gossip folk.Don't even get me started with the numerous schemes and plans these folks would do just to gain publicity and attention. They pride themselves in being invited to every major Embassy, Alchemy, Ascend, Warehouse 135, Fiamma, Temple or Jaipur event; thinking that by being sen in these "synagogues to Satan", they are part of the in-crowd or are deities living atop Mount Olympus.

I will let God guide me into accepting the fate of this "woe-be-gones"Such a pity to see women from respectable and decent families act immature and waste their breath on rumors that have no proof and basis. They don't know me; do they even know THEIRSELVES? Before God created them in their mothers' wombs, Satan worked triple shifts to make sure these "Babies" will be trapped and cursed into a life bred from evil. No one can save them now except maybe God but unless they THEMSELVES choose to change; there shall be no promise of salvation for the mean girl/gossip folk.

Who would want to spend all eternity in hell? I sure don't. I learned my lesson. To cure one's self of addiction to lying and gossipping, they must eat spicy food every time they lie or gossip. One more thing about meanies and gossip folks is that they have no conscience or guilt. They will do their best to inflict emotional, mental and physical pain to their victims. The best way to seek revenge is thru prayer. I always tell myself that i must not stoop down to their level.

Another Day Alone Makes You An Angsty Individual

Last night, my entire family watched the latest Robert de Niro/Al Pacino starrer. It was a very challenging and mind-twisting flick. There was just this female CSI in the movie that I wanted to kill in the end. Forgive me for having this thought; she was a whore who slept with every guy who asked her to! Moving on, I asked my parents about the APCDC dance concert next Friday. My parents allow me to go only if I have a definite way home. This would require informing Tita Dorcas and telling her that Julius would bring me home after the concert. My plan's that Julius and I will meet at APC by 7pm, pay for the reserved tickets, watch the concert then have late dinner. I'll set my own curfew: 11pm but I'm guessing Tita Dorcas would never understand that her son's got to hang out with his girlfriend. Whatever happens, I should text Joven by today to confirm that we're going to watch the concert. There better not be anything that would mess this up. It's been a half a year since I discontinued my college education at APC. I believe it's about time I paid the school a visit. Something makes me want to see my friends; probably to seek closure and acceptance from my program director for my decision to follow and a pursue a different career path.

My Mum Needs Your Prayers...

My mom needs your prayers. She's currently confined at Room 820 at the Asian Hospital at Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang. Yesterday, she suffered a mild heat stoke while we watched and cheered for my sister's team during their volleyball game against La Salle Lipa at the San Beda Alabang Sports Complex.

I'm including a picture of her. For those who don't know, my mum has always been a strong person and she has been a big influence to me and my siblings. I was there when she told she felt she was hyperventilating. I believe she can get through this...

Life Goes On (The Ramblings and Rants Of A 20+ Amateur)

I'm turning 22 on Wednesday. Wednesday also marks my 14-month long relationship with my boyfriend, Julius. Recently, I've had a lot of things going on in my mind that try as I may to forget them, I just end up dreading them; thus resulting in worst-case scenarios. Let me see, when was the last time I was ever serious about my studies? To those who don't know yet, I've stopped schooling since March 2008. Before, I was so happy with my decision because I thought all along that it would be easy to shift courses and enroll for culinary arts class in a culinary academy nonetheless. Fast forward to the present and I'm still an unemployed, out-of-school college undergrad.

Turning 22 would mean taking on more challenges and responsibilities. I am a far-cry from 20+ pros who are successful in their chosen careers. Blame it all on laziness and deliberately slacking off. Someone here who knows of a job I can apply for? Something that only requires a HS diploma? Then again, what options do I have? My mom pointed out to me that it isn't too late for me to study again and that I'm not less of a person if Iwasn't able to obtain a degree by the age of 20.

If any of you have plans of telling me I wasted precious time, money, words and opportunity on a course I just gave up on, don't bother. I don't need your sympathy. What I need most is your encouragement and support. That's ALL I NEED.
